At NexoShape, we believe that creative workflows, production timelines, and client media must remain strictly private. The desktop application DaVinci Database Merger is built from the ground up to operate 100% locally and offline on your macOS machine.

• Zero Cloud Telemetry: The desktop app does not transmit project names, timeline data, database contents, file paths, or system identifiers to external servers.
• No Tracking or Diagnostics: We do not embed third-party analytics SDKs, session replay trackers, or user telemetry inside the macOS application.
• NDA Safe: Because no data leaves your workstation, the software complies with strict studio Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

2. Data Handling & Read-Only Source Protection

When you select directories or backup files (.resolve.diskdb) for merging:

• The application accesses source databases strictly in read-only mode.
• Your original files and archives are never modified, rewritten, or deleted.
• All SQLite operations are performed locally using Apple's native system libraries.

3. Website Information & Payments

When you interact with our website (https://ddm.nexoshape.tech/):

• Website Analytics: We use privacy-friendly Cloudflare Web Analytics (no cookies, no cross-site tracking, compliant with GDPR and CCPA) solely to measure aggregated page views.
• Payment Processing: Payments for the Studio Edition ($12 USD) are processed exclusively by PayPal Inc. via secure, encrypted endpoints. NexoShape never sees or stores your credit card, debit card, or banking credentials.
• Contact & Support: If you submit a query via our contact form or write to soporte@nexoshape.tech, we use your email address solely to answer your technical questions or provide customer support. We never sell, rent, or trade your contact details.

4. Data Retention and User Rights

Because the desktop app does not collect personal data, there is no remote account or database containing your personal information. Under GDPR, CCPA, and applicable privacy regulations, you retain full ownership of your data at all times.
