The Software is engineered to access source project directories strictly in read-only mode and compiles projects into a newly created master library destination. However, users are always advised to follow industry post-production best practices by maintaining redundant off-site backups of critical video archives.
We want you to be completely satisfied. If you purchase the Studio Edition and encounter any technical incompatibility or issue that we cannot resolve, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Simply write to us at soporte@nexoshape.tech with your PayPal transaction details.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NexoShape shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software.
